Key Responsibilities: Lead product development and lifecycle management for IT/AV solutions.
Identify new product opportunities through market research and customer feedback.
Collaborate across global teams to optimise product performance and profitability.
Ensure compliance with legal standards like UKCA, CE, RoHS, and REACH.
Provide product training to key customers and sales teams, and represent Lindy at global trade shows.
Essential Requirements: Strong knowledge of IT/AV hardware, technologies, and industry trends.
The ability to quickly learn and understand new advances in computer and AV technologies and to be able to apply these advances into opportunities.
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
Able to work effectively in an international business environment.
Analytical mindset with excellent planning and organisational abilities.
Customer-focused approach to product management.
