As a growing team based in the Bayes Centre in Edinburgh – Scotland's AI hub – we are looking for a Product Manager to join us in guiding our product vision and creating impact.

Your Role and Responsibilities: Customer-Centred Advocacy: Be a trusted partner to our customers, helping them understand and engage with the full potential of our technology.
Strategic Product Vision: Partner with our team to translate business goals into a clear, evolving product vision, focused on creating accessible and impactful AI solutions that meet real-world needs.
Collaborative Solutions Development: Shape product architecture and design, guiding the development team in implementing solutions that are user-centred, sustainable, and secure.
Product Roadmap & Backlog Partnership: Define and prioritise the product roadmap, always with the customer in mind, and collaborate with stakeholders to refine and adjust as needed.
Supportive Sprint Guidance: Facilitate weekly sprint planning and daily check-ins, fostering open dialogue, group problem-solving, and a supportive atmosphere that moves our work forward.
Data Exploration & Prototyping: Support data exploration and visualisation to develop early-stage ideas, contributing to testing efforts in an open, feedback-driven environment.
Stakeholder & Partner Engagement: Act as a key contact across departments and with external partners, bringing together insights that drive continuous improvement and advocating for customer-focused solutions.

What You Bring: Technical Insight & Strategic Vision: 3+ years in SaaS product management or a related field with experience in either architecture, data-informed design, or agile development.
Customer-Centric Approach: You're comfortable using data and analytics to understand user needs and improve experiences, shaping technology that feels intuitive and accessible.
Clear Communication & Empathy: You naturally connect with people, conveying ideas effectively, listening to team and customer needs, and building trusting relationships.
