Product Manager

Partner with other product managers, engineering, design, and cross-functional teams to shape the vision for devices + care delivery offering teams.
Collaborate with leaders at top-tier health systems to conceptualize and develop this offering.
Key Responsibilities: Partner with product leadership and other product managers on product initiatives.
Collaborate with client-facing teams to understand and validate new enhancement requests from clients.
Seek user feedback to uncover new needs and gain deeper insights.
Prioritize and document requirements for upcoming releases.
Collaborate with design and engineering teams to reach the best possible version of a feature or enhancement.
Clearly articulate user needs and customer goals to ensure technical solutions solve a user problem or job.
Articulate the value proposition of the products you develop.
Actively work with the team to decompose epics/features into user stories.
Break down complex problems into manageable components and define clear milestones and iterations.
Educational Requirements: Education at the bachelor's degree level, or equivalent experience in a technology, computer science, data, or STEM related focus.
Preferred Qualifications: 3+ years of proven product management experience.
2+ years experience working in agile software development processes.
Ability to juggle multiple projects and tasks with varying degrees of priority in a fast-paced, high growth environment.
Ability to understand and discuss technical concepts and translate to user and customer implications.
Experience with data-driven product development and user-driven product design.
