International Client is looking for a customer-facing Product Implementation Consultant.
This role will suit a Software Implementation Analyst , Solutions Designer, or Application Support Engineer who is looking to get into a more Product-related role with lots of diversity .
This will also allow you to become the SME (subject matter expert) for this product.
We are looking for someone with a senior level of knowledge, this is not a junior-level role.
Working within project teams, and reporting to a PM you will be instrumental in the implementation of software solutions for clients based throughout the UK & Globally.
99% of implementation projects are done remotely but you might get the opportunity to travel globally if you are up for it.
Full product training will be provided but any experience in Application Support or Implementation will be preferred.
A general understanding of infrastructure & SQL skills is required.

You will work with the implementation and support teams on the creation and maintenance of customer-specific training materials and work closely with super users across the business to maximise and promote effective user adoption plus much more.
Any knowledge based on Agile principles will be advantageous.
