Our dynamic UX team shape and refine our digital user experiences and play a key part in our eCommerce function.
We are looking for a proactive and analytical thinker who can deep dive into user data, leverage insights and turn findings into actionable strategies that elevate our digital programmes.The roleAs the Product Channel Optimisation Manager, you'll work closely with UX Designers, Researchers, and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, run A/B tests, and drive continuous improvement across our user journeys.
Your goal will be to enhance both user satisfaction and business performance through iterative, measurable enhancements.
What else is involved?
Leading the Optimisation team in a test-and-learn approach across UK, International, apps and Total Platform clients.
Work alongside Lead Developers to create weekly sprint plans, prioritise tasks, monitor progress and work in conjunction with Systems projects.
Work alongside Systems Development Project Managers to plan and prioritise tests.
Manage the product roadmap, including management & prioritisation of features backlog.
Ensure alignment with the Business Owner/Head of UX.
Account Management with 3rd party/Monetate.
As a Manager; manage a team of Online Optimisation Product Owners.
Work closely with UX, Data team members and stakeholders to create innovative new ideas to improve our digital experiences.
Build and manage development backlogs, providing prioritisation and management support to a digital scrum team.
Effectively communicate with members of the business at all levels, with a proven ability to collaborate with a pragmatic and confident approach and ability to influence stakeholders.
Supporting the Online Optimisation POs with raising PRFs for eCommerce.
You'll be doing all this from our Leicestershire Head Office.

Highly numerate and data-driven.
Proven experience in improving conversion rates and customer experiences.
Proven experience working in a fast-paced retail environment.
Flexibility to work in a cross-functional environment with multiple priorities to manage.
Can-do positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Capable of managing multiple projects and prioritising appropriately.
Strong understanding of user behaviour, conversion funnels, customer segments and traffic sources and how they impact performance.
Experience of working with analytics tools (GA) Good knowledge of HTML, XML, javascript, content management systems and website development processes.
Self-motivation and the ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment while maintaining excellent working relationships with people in a wide variety of functional areas.
Understanding of web infrastructures and APIs Agile project management including backlog refinement and prioritisation.
