Purpose of Role: The role of Project Analyst will be a key part of the Commercial team, with responsibility for supporting the development of the savings product strategy, driving the delivery of the associated roadmap, the targeting of customer segments, and pricing on the full range of deposit products offered by the bank.
Key Accountabilities: Maintain competitor analysis, including delivery of deep dive assessments and competitor pricing evaluation.
Support the development of third-party deposit acquisition relationships, for example, Flagstone, Hargreaves Lansdowne, Raisin, etc., to meet tactical savings or funding objectives.
Develop customer journey maps, defining customer needs and pain points, supporting the design of solutions.
Maintain all customer-facing product-related literature, including web content, T&Cs, Summary Boxes, etc.
Support delivery of the liabilities element of the financial plan, i.e.
balances & margins.
Key Required Skills: Financial services product or market knowledge, ideally with an interest in Savings Able to articulate the voice of the customer or demonstrate a commitment to customer service and good customer outcomes Able to communicate with a wide range of stakeholders Understanding process flows, customer journey maps, requirement gathering Willing to take on challenges, some of which might be outside the documented role profile Key Qualifications: 3-5 years of experience in financial services Previous experience in similar roles is preferred A proven track record of delivery Degree qualification in a relevant discipline is an advantage Commitment to continuous learning & development Proposed Start Date: Jan 2025
