Procurement Third Party Risk, Governance & Planning Lead Location: York, Norwich, Bristol, Perth or London offices Salary: circa £85,000 (national) - circa £95,000 (London) This is an exciting opportunity for an engaging Procurement Third Party Risk, Governance & Planning Lead with excellent interpersonal skills and a deep understanding of risk and governance methodologies and third-party regulations.
A bit about the job: You will be responsible for managing a team focused on third party risk, policy and governance whilst overseeing the development and implementation of third party risk management frameworks and processes across the organisation.
You will minimise supply risk across the Aviva Group through maintenance, embedding and oversight of Aviva's Procurement and Outsourcing Business Standard.
Driving risk oversight and mitigation within Group Procurement.
Representing Group Procurement in reviewing of all regulatory change impacting Aviva's supply chain.
Delivering procurement planning, financial oversight (budgets, recharges, savings & decrements), internal and external performance material, and stakeholder packs to support the Procurement Director and SLT in the successful running and oversighting of the department.
Skills and experience we're looking for: • Deep understanding of Risk and Governance methodologies and their application with a comprehensive understanding of UK and Irish Financial Services Third Party Regulations.
• Financial Services industry experience is a must with knowledge of and experience complying with regulations governing third party management in financial services such as those produced by the PRA, CBI, and FCA (SYSC).
• Excellent stakeholder management through great communication & relationship management skills with the ability to influence and manage expectations at all levels of the organisation and present complex information in a straightforward and clear manner.
• Proven track record of planning, attention to detail, and delivery of appropriate actions and responses that balance risk, financial exposure, reputation, supplier relationships and stakeholder requirements.

• Salary between circa £85,000 (national) - circa £95,000 (London) - depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications • Bonus opportunity - 12% of annual salary.
