My client is looking for a PAM (Privileged Access Management) Framework SME to work on a business-critical programme ASAP.
Key Requirements:Proven experience as a PAM Framework SME in a highly regulated environment.Knowledge of developing a Privileged Access Management (PAM) Framework in line with financial services industry best practices.Ability to design and implement a PAM Framework using Tier 1 Industry Best Practice principles.Enhance initial PAM Framework criticality tiers to establish a unified and operational approach to PAM.Develop a PAM Framework structure that supports ongoing improvement and maturity as new capabilities and tools emerge.Transition the PAM Framework from conceptual design to a practical, integrated information source, control platform, and tool for delivering measurable improvements in risk posture, data quality, and processes.Align the PAM Framework with:Risk Management Framework (IRM)Security Controls (Control Tower)Processes (PAM Processes)People (IAM / PAM RACI & Operational Model & Organisational Structure)Regulatory ObligationsStrategic Direction (Soteria)Industry Best Practices (Tier 1)Nice to have:Immediate availabilityPrevious Financial Industry experience
