Private Equity - Real Estate Investments, Senior Associate/Investment Manager

Our client is a mega Sovereign Wealth Fund looking to add a Senior Associate/Investment Manager - Real Estate Investments to its growing London team.
The fund takes a multi-asset investment approach to real estate, working on deals with average equity checks of £500m+.
Candidates with real estate investment and asset management experience in France/Germany/Italy would be a plus.
Key Responsibilities: Perform financial analysis, including cash flow modelling and valuation, for potential private equity co-investment opportunities.
Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and due diligence on prospective real estate assets.
Assist in preparing investment memos and presentations for investment committees and investors.
Support the execution of private equity co-investments, including coordinating due diligence, negotiating terms, and managing closings.
Monitor the performance of co-investments, tracking financial metrics and market conditions.
Assist in identifying new investment opportunities and strategies to enhance the real estate portfolio.
Ideal Background: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field; an MBA or CFA designation is a plus.
5-7 years of experience in real estate co-investments, private equity, asset management or related fields with a focus on real estate.
Strong financial modelling and analytical skills.
In-depth understanding of real estate markets, investment analysis, and deal structuring.
