Private Equity Associate - Tmt Digital Infrastructure

Our client is a prominent investment firm specializing in digital infrastructure and transformative sectors.
With a strong presence across communications infrastructure, data centers, and digital services, the firm combines deep industry knowledge with an operational approach to deliver value and drive innovation in the digital economy.
Role Overview: As an Associate in the Private Equity team, you will play a critical role in identifying, evaluating, and executing infrastructure investment opportunities.
You will work closely with senior team members to support the firm's investment strategies and portfolio management, with a focus on digital infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities: Investment Analysis: Conduct detailed due diligence, financial modeling, and valuation analyses for potential infrastructure investments.
Transaction Support: Assist in all phases of the investment process, including screening, structuring, negotiations, and closing.
Market Research: Gather market intelligence and stay updated on industry trends to identify new investment opportunities and provide strategic insights.
Portfolio Management: Monitor and manage portfolio companies, providing strategic guidance and support to drive growth and value creation.
Reporting: Prepare comprehensive investment proposals, presentations, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including legal, compliance, and operations, to ensure seamless transaction execution.
Requirements: Experience: 2 -3 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, or a related field with a strong focus on Digital infrastructure or TMT.
Education: Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial modeling software.
Attributes: High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick, informed decisions under pressure.
