They are seeking a motivated and ambitious Associate / Senior Analyst to join their dynamic team.
The successful candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in private equity, investment banking or a related field, with a particular focus on the German or Nordics market.
Key Responsibilities : Conduct in-depth market analysis of the business services, consumer, and industrial sectors with a focus on identifying investment opportunities in the German or Nordic regions.
Support the origination and screening of new investments by assessing market trends, competitive dynamics, and sector-specific opportunities.
Build and maintain complex financial models to evaluate investment opportunities, including LBO models, cash flow forecasting, and scenario analysis.
Assist in conducting detailed due diligence on potential portfolio companies, including financial analysis, operational assessments, and market evaluations.
Participate in all stages of deal execution, from term sheet negotiations to deal closing, working closely with senior team members and external advisers.
Portfolio Management : Support the monitoring and management of existing portfolio companies, helping to develop growth strategies, optimize operations, and maximize value creation.
Key Qualifications : 2-4 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, strategy consulting, or a related financial services role.
Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with a deep understanding of corporate finance, valuations, and M&A.
Demonstrated ability to analyze complex business models, industries, and markets.
Fluency in German or Swedish, Norwegian, or Danish is essential.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas and recommendations clearly and confidently.
Strong attention to detail, self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and project management.
Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field; MBA or CFA designation is a plus.
