Key Responsibilities Privacy Compliance : Manage the privacy risk inventory, oversee privacy laws, and support regulatory change in Europe and Asia-Pacific.
Governance Frameworks : Develop, monitor, and update privacy-related policies, standards, and procedures.
Stakeholder Collaboration : Maintain relationships with internal and external partners, representing the privacy program.
Strategic Initiatives : Support privacy-related projects, including transaction due diligence and the regulatory compliance management (RCM) framework.
Reporting : Develop privacy risk assessments, metrics, and reports to assess program health.
Training : Contribute to building a strong culture of privacy awareness through education and guidance.
Ideal Candidate Experience : Strong background in Privacy functions, with knowledge of EU and international privacy laws.
Skills : Exceptional time management, attention to detail, and ability to interpret complex regulations.
Communication : Excellent written and verbal skills, able to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
Qualifications : IAPP or equivalent certification considered a plus.
