We are working with a top Microsoft partner seeking a Principal CE Consultant to play a pivotal role in shaping and driving their Customer Engagement practice.

Key Responsibilities: Provide direct line management to a team of talented consultants, fostering growth and performance.
Lead the delivery of complex Dynamics 365 CE projects, ensuring high standards and client satisfaction.
Drive the performance of the practice by shaping strategy, aligning with business objectives, and ensuring operational excellence.
Contribute to presales activities, including solution design, client pitches, and commercial discussions.
Play a key role in the overall business by understanding P&L and the broader organisational impact of the practice.
