We are now looking for a UK based Principal Process Integration Engineer to join our team.Please note that we are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this position at this time.What our Principal Process Integration Engineer will do Reporting to the Senior Technical Manager, our Principal Process Integration Engineer will be joining a resourceful team responsible for developing the Trench MOSFET device/process for different voltage segments to deliver higher efficiency solutions for our customers.Key responsibilities will includeDeveloping Technologies for 200mm & 300mm platforms and working with third-party vendors/fabsExecuting major process development or integration tasks and building up product and process integration knowledgeProject/sub-project leadership of process development or integration tasks on complex projectsSupporting qualification of new processes and product developments which includes the Substrate & Epi processAble to plan and execute Design of ExperimentsDelivering presentations with findings and conclusionsImplementing technical process development procedures and standards in projectsActing as a technical mentor for less experienced team membersSupporting technical crisis management.
