Quantitative Lead / Head of Predictive Modelling - Electric Vehicles PLEASE READ: this is a sole role, hands-on not managing a team of data scientists.

Location: London, UK (Hybrid) Company: Leading Electric Vehicle Provider We're looking for a Head of Predictive Modelling to spearhead the creation of an innovative model for forecasting electric vehicle (EV) values - this is an industry new and brand new role within the company, giving you so much exposure to impact.
This is an upward thinking role, working with stakeholders, someone who can be an innovative thinker on the subject first and foremost, technical enough to play around with data and test their hypothesis, then technical enough to build the model and work with a talented data team.
It sits within finance reporting to Director of Capital Markets, with close work with the CFO and then with the data dept (5 people).
This crucial role involves shaping the strategy for EV valuations in a fast-growing, dynamic market.
What you'll do: Develop and refine a predictive model for EV pricing.
Provide strategic insights to senior leadership.
Analyze data and assess risks related to new EV technologies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align with business goals.
