The Opportunity La Fosse are looking for a strategic Senior Executive Search Consultant to join us to help grow our Technology Leadership division, with a focus on Data and CDO Search.
We have an already established team of circa 20 Headcount including the research team, mainly focussing on C-Suite + within Technology with a strong index on PE-backed clients, but we are looking for someone who can help us to expand our client pool, and help us to win more business across different markets.
The team did £3.5m total NFI in 2023, and we are aiming to do £4m this year.
You will be responsible for leading executive search assignments and engaging with top-tier candidates to identify and attract high-level talent for our clients.
You will play a pivotal role in developing and nurturing client relationships, understanding their business needs, and executing tailored search strategies to deliver exceptional results.
As well as collaborating closely with our other service lines - Recruitment, Solutions and Academy - to build relationships with our existing client base, and be introduced to new opportunities to expand into La Fosse Executive.
Requirements How do you know you're right for this role?
