About the Role:Randstad Education is currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistants to work with our partner schools across Sussex and Surrey.
This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in a supportive environment while making a lasting impact on students aged 4-11.
In this term-time role, you will work closely with class teachers to support the individual needs of students, ensuring they have the best possible learning experience.
Whether you're helping students one-on-one or working with small groups, your role will be key in fostering a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
Key Responsibilities: Provide in-class support for students aged 4-11Assist with lesson planning, preparation, and classroom activitiesHelp children with their social, emotional, and academic developmentWork closely with teachers and staff to ensure a smooth learning experienceBuild positive relationships with students, staff, and parentsWhat We're Looking For: A passion for working with childrenExperience working with children or in a childcare setting (desirable but not essential)Good communication and interpersonal skillsA flexible and positive attitudeAn Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)GCSE Maths and English (Grade C or above)What We Offer: Competitive salaryFree Continuous Professional Development (CPD) opportunitiesSupport from an experienced and specialist teamCareer progression opportunitiesEarn £300 in shopping vouchers through our referral scheme (Terms apply)Working Hours:Full-time, term-time hours (typically 8:30 am - 3:30 pm)
