As a new school we have a small team and the successful candidate will have a positive outlook, a flexible attitude, be willing to adapt to different situations throughout the school day and possess the ability to use their own initiative and support the school's day to day processes.
We are looking for a Premises Officer who shows commitment to working as part of a team and takes pride in their work and our school.
Someone willing to become involved in all aspects of school life, showing enthusiasm, energy and a sense of fun and enjoyment.
You will have strong communication, organisation and prioritisation skills, good administration abilities and basic IT knowledge for composing and sending emails and working with spreadsheets (training can be given).
Bohunt Horsham has recently moved to a new, state of the art building north of Horsham and it is a great opportunity for somebody to really become involved in the life of the school as a whole.
There will be some shift working so flexibility is key to making the most of this pivotal role.
We are in our sixth year since opening, located just north of Horsham, West Sussex.
We currently provide for students in Reception and Years 7-11.
Over the next few years we will grow to become an all-through school for 1620 students aged 4-16 with a nursery facility.
We are part of the supportive and innovative Bohunt Education Trust which has nine secondary schools across four local authorities: Hampshire, Portsmouth, West Sussex and Wokingham; Bohunt Horsham opened in September 2019, and the newest addition, Bohunt Farnborough joined in January 2024.
