The post will be to have a leading role, working in partnership, with a skilled and passionate team to support pupils in our pre-school including those with special educational and medical needs.
You need to be patient, understanding and able to build positive relationships with children, motivating them to do their best, while establishing consistent boundaries.
Excellent communication skills with experience and knowledge of the Early Years curriculum are vital for this post.
Maths and English GCSEs (Grade A to C or equivalent) as well as a DFE approved early years and childcare level 3 certification are essential for this post.
The successful candidate will be joining a friendly and experienced team of staff at a very exciting time for the school.
