Person Specification Experience Essential Experience of working autonomously.
Demonstrate expertise in infection control practices including policy development, compliance monitoring and conducting audits or an interest in taking this on and learning.
Ability to educate and promote health initiatives, supporting patients in life style changes and chronic disease management.
Desirable Experience of working in a GP practice and in Primary Care.
Knowledge of long term conditions.
Wound care experience.
Qualifications Essential Registered Nurse.
Adult Nursing NMC Registered.
