A vacancy has arisen within our busy market leading warranty team for a Powertrain Aftersales Advisor who comes from an automotive warranty / service environment.
Key responsibilities will be to: Take control of and process warranty claims from start to finish; Provide outstanding customer service; Provide information and advice to customers and suppliers; Create warranty reports and supply replacement products.
The successful candidate will have: Good technical knowledge of engines, gearboxes and turbos; Extremely high attention to detail; Previous automotive industry experience; A positive proactive attitude and display an ability to identify solutions to problems.
Hours of work will be Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) from 08:00 to 17:30 with a 20 minute morning break and a 30 minute lunch break (45 hour working week) ADZN1_UKTJ
