Permanent Full time (37 hours a week) We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate Power Platforms Developer to join our busy IT team on a full-time basis. In this key role, you will innovate and drive the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
You will be responsible for advising and directing the business on the advantage and capabilities of Microsoft technologies and act as a specialist for the delivery of enterprise-scale transformational business projects. What you will be doing: Contributing to application strategy, selection and procurement activities working in collaboration with the Dynamics Solution Architects to guide the direction and build of bpha systems Designing and developing solutions, using the Microsoft Power Platform toolkit that meet with and align to business needs and deliver value Ensuring core systems are maintained correctly with appropriate change control and testing processes in place whilst ensuring minimal service disruption. Actively contribute to discussions, direction, and procurement activities in relation to the technologies in use at bpha Providing 3rd line application support expertise to the Dynamics 365 platform Offering mentoring and support to the more junior members of the team We'd love to meet someone with: Logical and analytical problem solver who is able to understand and interpret complex requirements Able to manage a high and varied workload and balance the conflicting needs of business-as-usual activities alongside the implementation of multiple projects Strategic thinker with solid stakeholder management skills to effectively present and communicate information to senior stakeholders Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics, Power Platform and Microsoft Azure Experience of leading delivery of large transformational business projects Extensive third line application support experience Amongst what we offer you is: A competitive salary of £52,500 per annum 28 days holiday PLUS Bank Holidays (rising to 33 days plus bank holidays with length of service) A generous contributory pension scheme Enhanced family leave Private health care Free life assurance Access to an extensive suite of wellbeing services and tools including a digital gym Opportunities for learning and development Discounted gym membership Retail discount scheme Hybrid /Flexible hours Please note the successful candidate will need to complete a basic DBS application. Closing date: 28th November 2024 Interview date: To be confirmed  We reserve the right to close this recruitment if it is deemed that we have received a suitable number of applications.
