What are we looking for?As PMO Support Coordinator you will have day-to-day responsibility for the scheduling of resources across customer projects and will keep the resource planning tool up to date, real-time, with all resource bookings.
This is an office-based, entry level role for someone with a background in customer service, scheduling and managing multiple deadlines.Due to our strong culture of positive change, we are searching for someone who is not afraid to change the status quo.

In addition to this, you will work with colleagues to manage the team mailbox/case queue in a timely mannerAs this is a stakeholder management role you will ensure external Customers and internal resources are notified of any actions with documentation provided.Liaise closely with internal and external stakeholders to fully understand resource requirements considering priority, timescales, and impact, and using this information to make informed decisions on conflicting resource bookings.Clearly communicate progress, issues, and risks to the appropriate stakeholders, escalating where necessary to the Head of PMO.In our culture, we support one another daily (if not hourly) because, let's face it, we don't have all the answers!
