Plumber

Job Title: Plumber Location : University of Oxford, Oxford Contract Type : Full-time Working Hours: 39 hours per week Salary: £35,571 per annum (£17.54 per hour) Job Description: A College is seeking a skilled and dedicated Plumber to join our Maintenance team.
This role involves a variety of plumbing-based repairs and minor installations across our three main College sites, including historic listed buildings.
You will also provide general maintenance support, both reactive and planned, as part of the wider Maintenance team.
Key Responsibilities: *Undertake plumbing repairs and minor installations.
*Work across three main College sites, including historic buildings.
*Provide day-to-day general maintenance support (reactive and planned).
Requirements: *Experience as a Plumber or heating engineer, covering all aspects of the trade from installation to repairs.
*Strong customer and team focus.
*Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
*Ability to work efficiently and effectively without supervision.
*Experience in historic building environments and/or student residential accommodation is desirable but not essential.
