Plc Controls Engineer

A leading global organisation renowned for its Bespoke Machinery Manufacturing.
In this role, you will be responsible for testing, programming, and adapting control systems to ensure optimal performance.
Your primary objective will be to ensure that all systems are configured correctly, adjusting any programs as necessary.
Once the machinery is deployed, you will assist customers with troubleshooting via phone support.
Our client is seeking a skilled and motivated PLC Control Systems Engineer to join their dynamic team.
In this position, you will play a crucial role in the company's success by supporting existing control systems in the field while also developing new systems for upcoming projects.
Depending on the market, the platforms our client use may be either Rockwell CompactLogix, or equipped with Red-Lion Graphite Terminals paired with Toshiba Unified Controller PLCs.
Our client also use other controllers from brands such as West, Siemens, London Electronics, and Danfoss.
These controllers must be parameterised and commissioned during unit testing.
**Key Requirements:** - Skilled in creating CAD schematics for control panels and working closely with the mechanical development team.
- Offer continuous assistance during site installations and facilitate a smooth handover to clients as required.
