Job Title: Plater Welder Location: Norwich Salary: £15 - £18 per hour We are seeking a skilled Plater Welder to join a well-established company in Norwich.
The ideal candidate will be experienced in heavy fabrication and possess strong welding skills.

Responsibilities: Carry out plating and welding tasks to produce a range of structural steel products.
Read and interpret engineering drawings accurately to fabricate components to specification.
Use a variety of welding techniques, such as MIG, TIG, and other relevant methods, to complete projects.
Ensure all work meets quality standards and is completed within set time frames.
Work collaboratively with other team members and departments to ensure smooth workflow.
Operate fabrication machinery and tools safely and efficiently.
Maintain a safe and organised working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Requirements: Proven experience as a Plater Welder in a heavy fabrication environment.
Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Proficiency in various welding techniques.
A strong understanding of health and safety practices in the workplace.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
