We work in social housing and provide reactive repairs for local authorities and housing associations.
Gilmartins are looking to recruit an experienced Plasterer with additional skills including painting, mould wash, re-pointing, lining paper and basic carpentry .
The ideal trades person will have worked in social housing.
The job requires work and travel in the South West London area (Lambeth, Merton, Sutton).
Properties are situated across all of these areas so there will be regular travel as a requirement of the job.We are looking for an individual who lives locally.
