We're seeking a driven and innovative Engineering Specialist to support our manufacturing and project teams in launching cutting-edge products!
This role is at the heart of engineering change and productivity improvements, ensuring smooth operations from product conception to successful production.

What You'll Be Doing: As part of this dynamic engineering team, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of manufacturing with the following responsibilities: Innovate & Lead: Define plant-specific equipment and lead its realization from concept to production.
Optimise Processes: Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to streamline production, ensuring top-tier quality and efficiency.
Support Across Functions: Provide vital administrative support in SAP, product files, lab reports, and quality testing.
Drive Change: Lead engineering change management and implement productivity improvements across the plant.
Champion Quality: Perform technical feasibility studies, PFMEAs, and safety assessments to maintain the highest standards.
Collaborate & Execute: Coordinate pre-production and production runs for new products with the production team, ensuring seamless transitions.
Empower Teams: Provide training and support to production teams to help them achieve their best.
Maximize Efficiency: Identify and act on cost-reduction opportunities throughout the product lifecycle from launch to serial production.

Required Skills & Experience: .
Strong understanding of plastics manufacturing processes (injection, paint, assembly).
Proven experience in a similar manufacturing role (essential).
Familiarity with ISO50001 energy management standards is a plus.
Previous experience in engineering change management, including technical studies and risk assessments.
