Are you a dedicated Pharmacy Technician looking for a rewarding role where your expertise will make a real difference?
LloydsPharmacy Homecare is seeking passionate individuals to support our central pharmacy team in delivering life-enhancing care.
Role Purpose Support Our Central Pharmacy Team: Aid in the effective dispensing of aseptically compounded products and other items.
Professional Input: Uphold the highest standards of pharmacy practice in accordance with RPS/GPhC ethics.
Collaborative Efforts: Work closely with our team to process prescription requests and ensure optimal patient care.
Key Responsibilities Daily Workload Management: Prioritise and plan tasks to ensure smooth pharmacy operations.
Strategy Development: Assist the CPT manager in shaping the future of our pharmacy services.
Pharmacy Advice Promotion: Provide expert advice to our Homecare business units.
Oncology and Nutrition Support: Apply your clinical knowledge to validate and manage prescriptions, ensuring patient needs are met effectively.
Patient Care Coordination: Facilitate new patient installations and manage existing patient regimens.
Professional Development: Engage in continuous learning and support the growth of your colleagues.

Willingness to undertake training if not registered.
Membership in the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) if registered.
Team Player: Strong ability to self-motivate and work within a team.
Attention to Detail: A systematic and structured approach to tasks.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication and customer care abilities.
Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using computers (Word, Excel, etc.).
Patient Focused: A strong desire to support and help patients in a primary care setting.
Desirable: Hospital Pharmacy Experience: Especially in TPN and/or oncology.
Aseptic Compounding Knowledge: Background knowledge is a plus.
Motivational Skills: Ability to inspire and motivate others.
Driver's License: Possession of a full UK driving license is advantageous.
