Job summary An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, flexible and well organised individual to join our Foundation Pharmacist Team as an Administrator.
This permanent full-time post will be working in a fast-paced environment as part of a friendly and supportive team who provide an efficient administrative service to the Head of Undergraduate and Foundation, Operational Lead and Foundation Regional Leads We are looking for a self-motivated individual with excellent communication, organisational and secretarial skills to support the administration functionsincluding event and meeting organisation, producing agendas, papers and minutes and acting as the first point of contact for the Foundation Pharmacist programme.
Main duties of the job Provide comprehensive administrative support within the Foundation Pharmacist team.
First point of contact for the service requiring clear communication and liaison skills (via e-mail and telephone) Co-ordination and implementation of office procedures Manage incoming and outgoing post for the Foundation team, ensuring that it is prioritised, actioned and dealt with efficiently and promptly.
Responsible for managing and prioritising own workload and using initiative The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
