Main duties of the job An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Personal Assistant to join the Specialist Services Network.
The post holder will provide PA support to senior clinicians and management.This role is for a highly organised, professional and committed PA who holds full responsibility to provide a comprehensive, confidential and high quality secretarial and administrative service to ensure the efficient and effective organisation for the service.
About us Lancashire & South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust provides a range of services including secondary mental health care across this area.

Person Specification Qualifications Essential NVQ Level 4 in Customer Care or Business Administration - or equivalent experience Demonstrable commitment to continuous personal development.
Knowledge Essential Awareness of issues in the Mental Health Network.
Intermediate knowledge of a range of administrative procedures and practice.
Experience Essential Previous experience as a Secretary/Administrator including diary management Previous experience of working in a fast moving, confidential, sensitive, pressurised deadline driven environment.
Experience of supporting and minuting meetings.
