Main duties of the job You willprovide comprehensive administrative support to the Head of Corporate Affairsand Charity.
Including diary management, document management and supporting theday to day running of the STS Charity office.This is avaried role in which no day will be the same.
You will support many of theteams main functions, including organising the Staff Awards, Freedom ofInformation Requests, Trust membership and administration of our new ShadowBoard.Youll be highlyorganised with experience of working in a busy office environment and be anexcellent communicator.
As the first point of contact for the charity office,you will deal with enquiries about fundraising activity as well as processingdonations and keeping records up to date.You willhave a proven track record within a personal assistant or administrative role.
Youllbe able to work independently with autonomy and will be able to manage a numberof projects and demands.

Person Specification Qualifications Essential GCSE Level (A-C) English Language and Maths or equivalent standard NVQ level 3.
Desirable Shorthand qualification.
Secretarial qualifications, (RSA Grade III typing or equivalent).
Experience Essential Demonstrable experience as a Personal Assistant to Director or senior manager level.
Computer literate in: Word processing / Email / PowerPoint / Microsoft Office / Databases / Excel or equivalent.
Experience of managing busy diaries and general office practice.
Experience of working in a busy office, managing own workloads.
Experience of working with the public and staff at all levels in an organisation.
Experience of minute taking.
Desirable Understanding and knowledge of the structure and workings of the NHS.
