Peripatetic Care Home Manager (Elderly Care) Location: Lincs  Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 + 15% SMART objectives-based bonus paid quarterly = Salary with bonuses can pay up to £88,000 OTE (ON TARGET EARNINGS WITH BONUSES)  Hours: Full-time Are you an inspirational leader passionate about enhancing elderly care?

Your Daily Impact: Manage care homes in the absence of a Home Manager Support and mentor Home Managers across locations Assist with new home integrations and growth initiatives Document and enhance processes to increase occupancy and improve care Essential Experience: NVQ 3 in Care (or equivalent); willingness to study for NVQ 5/7.
Registered Manager with experience navigating a CQC inspection.
Minimum one year as a Home Manager in an elderly care setting.
