We seek a performance marketing specialist with hands-on client and agency experience who is eager to work in a start-up environment, embrace new technologies in digital marketing, and collaborate with the start-up MD on growth marketing initiatives.
The Role: Run performance marketing campaigns for clients across Social (Facebook Business Manager), Amazon (AAP), and Google Ads (PMAX).
A recent background in a fast-paced performance marketing or eCommerce media team covering strategic planning, activations, and data-driven MarTech using a core set of open-internet AdTech, including DSPs, CDPs, integrated activation platforms, and closed-loop analytics.
The ideal candidate will have experience with AdTech platforms and exposure to the ecosystem of cookie-less User IDs from platforms such as Utiq.
This role involves working with global clients across the UK, USA, Italy, Germany, Spain, and South Africa.
Experience with retail media and publisher-side platforms, such as SSPs (Supply Side Platforms) and ad networks, is a plus.

Associate level with 3 to 5 years of experience in digital marketing and ad-tech with opportunity to grow into more advanced martech specialist roles Responsibilities: Work as part of Pierian's AdTech Centre of Excellence in London.
This is a full-time, in-office position on performance marketing projects, often collaborating with our clients' in-house teams.
Lead and run performance marketing campaigns for clients from day one across Meta (Facebook Business Manager), Amazon (AAP), Grocer DSP (Citrus), and Google Ads (PMAX).
Advance expertise in one leading DSP, such as The Trade Desk, Adform, or Google DV360, with experience in DSP onboarding, optimisation, performance reporting, and defining strategies for global advertisers.
Build expertise in the effective use of User IDs and device IDs for audience targeting and campaign optimisation based on an understanding of first- and third-party cookie types in programmatic and AdTech platforms.
Apply hands-on knowledge of the AdTech stack, including DSPs, CDPs, DCO, ad serving, and SSPs, with operational experience in Pierian projects.
Lead the delivery of analysis and insight-driven AdTech workshops focused on identifying opportunities for our clients' marketing, sales, and customer retention goals.
Inspire, educate, and advocate for data-driven best practices through analytics thinking and collaborative research for in-house DSP, RTB/Biddable, and Analytics teams.
Conduct subject matter webinars, training, and "ideathons." Present insights based on trends observed in marketing data, tie back to marketing KPIs, and contribute to solution initiatives with partners such as Utiq, Yext, Adform, and Google.
Coordinate quarterly business reviews for marketing services clients.
