Role OverviewThe role of the People Partner is to strategically partner with assigned departments or regions to enhance employee engagement, manage employee relations, and support talent development, ensuring alignment with the organization's goals and values.
Responsibilities Manage employee relations, including handling grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions. Implement performance management processes, supporting managers in reviews and managing performance improvement plans. Drive employee engagement initiatives and collect feedback to improve the employee experience. Support change management initiatives by facilitating communication and training. Collaborate with Learning & Development to identify development needs and support career growth. Travel regularly between offices to build relationships with the teams they partner with. Qualifications Strong understanding of HR laws and regulations. Experience in employee relations and conflict resolution. Proficiency in performance management and driving engagement initiatives.
