Duties will include: Ownership of People Development general enquiries mailbox & Induction mailbox, responding to queries via email and telephone in a timely manner and escalating where necessary to team members to maintain an efficient and effective service.
Maintain the People Development calendar, Induction calendar and related schedules, ensuring that all deadlines and timelines are met.
Assist with our length of service recognition awards, new starter boxes, celebration gifts, etc.
Support with the overall administration of Tobermore Learning Management System and training frameworks.
Booking internal and external training courses as and when requested.
Assist in the creation training plans for all new employees.
Assist in the preparation of People Development program materials, including PowerPoint presentations, handouts, and other support materials.
Assist with the design, coordination and facilitation of wellbeing activities.
Assist in the implementation and co-ordination of our community partnerships.
General office and People Development administration duties as and when required including booking meeting space, filing, scanning and copying.
To participate as a member of the People Development team, ensuring best practice and processes are complied with to deliver best in class coaching, training and development.
Communicate in a professional manner when dealing with enquiries.
Build strong relationships with your colleagues.
Provide cover on other job roles within the office when required.
Deal with customers in a courteous, professional, and efficient manner at all times.
Act in a confidential and trustworthy manner at all times.
Follow the company's internal standards as agreed.
Demonstrate the company values (H.E.A.R.T) in every task and colleague/customer interaction daily.
Any other duties as required and as deemed within your competence by your manager.

Desired Criteria • A-levels • Third level qualification in a related discipline (e.g.
Business, Education, L&D, HR) • Experience working within a HR/L&D department • Previous working experience in a similar role • Experience working with LMS and digital training content Required Criteria • 5 GCSE Grades A – C (or equivalent), including English, Maths & IT • Proven administration experience • Proficient in the use of MS Office • Excellent administration skills • Trustworthy • Ability to think creatively • Exceptional attention to detail and very well organised • Strong time management skills • Adaptable to changing priorities • Strong multi-tasking and organisational skills • Ability to work as part of a team and independently self-motivated • Able to demonstrative initiative and work independently • Great communication & Interpersonal skills • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Ambitious and keen to succeed and progress • Positive outlook Closing Date Thursday 5th December, 2024
