The Opportunity: Your main responsibilities will include: Working closely with the Recruitment Officer to support with processing CV's, coordinating interviews and responding directly to candidates Producing and monitoring starter documentation to fulfill the onboarding process Processing and monitoring subject access requests, references and right to work credentials Maintaining employee files, and ensuring relevant systems are managed to allow accurate and efficient reporting Assisting with the administration of policies and procedures Liaising with payroll to ensure all relevant information and requests are concluded in a timely and accurate manner Producing and monitoring leaver documentation including exit interviews where required Providing general administrative support to the business Undertaking a range of coordinated administrative tasks to support the Personnel team, including various project work Cover for the HR Administration Supervisor as needed The Person: The successful candidate: Experience within an Administration/Office environment CIPD membership desirable Positive can-do attitude Hardworking individual with the ability to organise and manage a varied workload Excellent attention to detail with the ability to communicate at all levels Effective time management and prioritisation skills Able to work closely within the team with the ability to work independently Proficient in Microsoft packages including but not limited to outlook and excel In addition to a competitive salary you will receive: Profit related annual bonus Employee discount at Wynnstay depots 33 days annual leave inclusive of bank holidays Employee Assistance Programme – WeCare/MyStrength/Toothfairy Save As You Earn schemes Free on-site parking This is a great opportunity for a proactive and ambitious individual wanting to develop a career in HR within a rapidly expanding Company that's keeping pace in an ever-changing world.
