What you will be doing Gaining experience in a variety of People Consulting specialisms, such as change management, communications, HR transformation, talent management, diversity, equity and inclusion, learning, and workforce analytics.
Working in project teams to help clients solve people-related problems and implement people-related solutions.
Your day-to-day activities will vary depending on your project.
Conducting research and analysing data to develop commercially sound recommendations.
Supporting workshops and contributing to reports, presentations and other deliverables.
Travelling around and outside of the UK if the project calls for it.
Contributing to developing our practice and on business development by helping with proposals.
Requirements We operate an open access policy, meaning we don't screen out applications on your academic performance alone.
You will, however, need to be working towards an honours degree in any subject, have a minimum of grade 4/C GCSE (or equivalent) in English Language and Maths, or in your home language if you do not hold English Language GCSE, and three A-levels/Five Highers (or equivalent) to be eligible to apply.
