Description Company Details and Job OverviewKenton Black are working with an established, friendly financial firm in the Nottingham area seeking to appoint a Bookkeeper/Payroll Assistant to join their team undertaking accounts/bookkeeping inc VAT and payroll processing duties.
This Hybrid role requires the successful candidate to have strong bookkeeping skills with knowledge of VAT returns to undertake monthly bookkeeping via Xero, general accounts duties and full end to end payroll processing weekly/fortnightly/monthly.
The successful candidate will ideally possess a good knowledge of Xero and experience of payroll processing, dealing with HMRC, auto enrolment pensions, CIS, bookkeeping, preparing VAT returns in a similar role within ideally an accountancy environment.
