Key Responsibilities: Process weekly payroll accurately and in a timely manner.
Ensure compliance with all payroll-related legislation, policies, and procedures.
Maintain accurate employee records, including contracts, timesheets, and other payroll-related documents.
Handle payroll queries from candidates promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication About You: We are looking for someone who brings the following qualities: Strong IT skills, particularly with payroll software and Microsoft Office.
Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
High level of attention to detail to ensure compliance and accuracy.
A professional and approachable manner when handling sensitive payroll information.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
