Job summary OneMedical Group has grown in Milton Keynes and is currently delivering patient care from 3 surgeries: Whitehouse, Neath Hill and Brooklands.We are looking for forward thinking Patient Navigators / Call Handlers to join our friendly teams and support all other functions in delivering outstanding care, utilising a variety of platforms including front of house (reception), back office support functions and telephone services.
Main duties of the job The successful candidate's will ideally have prior experience within a GP practice, and will be a confident communicator with a friendly and welcoming nature.Full-time (40 hours per week) and Part-time can be considered.
Availability to cover shifts will be discussed with the line managers during the interview.

Job description Job responsibilities The job holder will have to: Greet patients and visitors, advising them of their appointments and checking them inAdvise patients on self-check in facilitiesReceive and make calls as required with the ability to handle heavy phone/patient trafficDivert calls and take messages as appropriateSort, review and distribute incoming internal mailProcess outgoing mail following the procedurePull, file and photocopy patients paper recordsScan and attach patients data to patients electronic recordsEnsure the reception area is left tidy and ready for use by other colleagues, together with any hand-over informationReceiving all incoming deliveries, opening and distributing accordinglyComplete the Surgery Administration, including registrations and deductions System used: SystemOne Why join us?
