As a Pastry Sous Chef , you will be responsible for assisting the Executive Pastry Chef in managing the pastry kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality pastry production, and maintaining consistency in taste and presentation.

Oversee daily pastry production, ensuring adherence to recipes, quality standards, and timelines.
Supervise pastry kitchen staff, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
Maintain inventory levels, monitor supplies, and place orders to ensure adequate stock.
Uphold cleanliness and organization standards in the pastry kitchen, following health and safety guidelines.
Contribute to menu development, innovation, and the creation of new pastry items.
