Essential Requirements Relevant experience working with children, ideally in a pastoral or support role within an educational setting.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with pupils, staff, and families.
A compassionate and empathetic approach, with a commitment to supporting the holistic development of each child.
Strong organizational and time-management skills to balance a varied workload.
A thorough understanding of safeguarding practices and a commitment to promoting the welfare of children.
