Parts Supervisor – Maidenhead area (Automotive Industry)My client is looking to recruit a forward thinking, motivated Parts Supervisor to lead and manage the department on a daily basis, and reporting to the Parts Manager.Location is Maidenhead in BerkshireJob Role – Parts SupervisorHours are 8.00am to 5.00pm (can be flexible) with half hour unpaid lunch and 1 in 2 Saturday mornings 8am to 12 Noon.Overall package is £35k OTE, with £3-4k of that being a quarterly bonus.

You will need to have a strong knowledge on Parts KPIs and processes, whilst being an excellent communicator and people person.
You will be responsible for all of the daily functions within the department.Parts Supervisor Role:To oversee the parts department operationTo co-ordinate the receipt and return of manufacturers goodsTo ensure goods received are dispatch or stocked on a daily basisTo ensure that all stock is received, checked and properly storedTo ensure that all parts and accessories are correctly binned and accurately recordedTo select items accurately, progress and dispatch orders efficientlyTo order parts and accessories, under the direction and supervision of the Aftersales ManagerTo ensure that the parts departments records are kept up to dateMaintain accurate cash and credit controlsParts Supervisor Role:Previous experience of working with a main dealer Parts DepartmentGood organisational skillsGood customer care skillsHours are 8.00am to 5.00pm (can be flexible) with half hour unpaid lunch and 1 in 2 Saturday mornings 8am to 12 Noon.Overall package is £35k OTE, with £3-4k of that being a quarterly bonus.
