Partnerships Associate

Details of the offer

We're Scan.com, the digital health scale-up that gives patients and clinicians simpler, faster access to diagnostics.
As the UK's largest medical imaging platform, we cover everything from MRIs to mammograms, speeding up the time to treatment and improving healthcare outcomes.
Below covers everything you need to know about what this opportunity entails, as well as what is expected from applicants.
We do diagnostics differently.
Our marketplace empowers patients to book scans on their own terms and timeframes, while our referral portal gives clinicians admin-free access to imaging nationwide.
We're looking for a Partnerships Associate, at an exciting time - our B2B platform is expanding rapidly across insurance, medicolegal and consultant verticals, we're now offering 10+ scan types, and working with 200+ UK imaging centres.
We've raised a total of $60m in VC funding, reached profitability, and are geared up to grow over 300% in 2024.
WHAT YOU WILL BE GETTING INVOLVED IN: This role reports to the Head of Partnerships and is responsible for supporting both our provider clients and B2B client teams and contributing to product development.
A key part of the role involves assisting with the onboarding process of new provider clients and ensuring their smooth integration into our portal to expand our national imaging and modality coverage.
You will also support the B2B account management team by helping with MI reports and portal updates, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
Additionally, this role will work closely with the product team to identify opportunities for automation and support their development.
You will collaborate with internal stakeholders across multiple departments to improve existing processes and help bring new products to market.
As an early-stage business, you can expect your role to develop over time.
However, some of the types of things you could be getting involved in are: Supporting account managers in expanding the network's breadth, depth, and quality.
Manage existing imaging suppliers by supporting changes to the contract and supporting account management.
Support account managers with review meetings, including the production of management information (MI) for key performance indicators (KPIs).
Taking ownership of the end-to-end onboarding process for new imaging suppliers.
Taking ownership of the end-to-end onboarding process for new insurance, Clinician, medico-legal, affiliates, and enterprise accounts.
Be responsible for owning and updating our supplier knowledge base, which involves storing up-to-date and accurate information for all our imaging suppliers.
Ownership of the website administration portal to ensure imaging supplier information and pricing are accurately displayed on the Scan.com website.
Quarterly updates to existing client portals to add new services, product changes, and imaging sites.
Check that product changes are available in accounts.
Working closely with the Head of Growth, analyse data and trends to identify areas of demand.
Working collaboratively with our operations team to implement and develop pathways and processes to enhance the patient journey.
Working collaboratively with our product team to create new services in partnership with our imaging suppliers to enhance Scan.com's offering.
THE TOP 5 THINGS WE WANT YOU TO ACHIEVE IN YOUR FIRST YEAR ARE: Established strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders with imaging providers and clients Successfully onboarded new suppliers and clients to the Scan.com network and portal Become a trusted member of the broader business through collaborative work across ops, finance and growth Bring innovative ideas and deliver positive change to internal processes Positively represented Scan.com externally through site visits & networking events WHAT YOU MIGHT BRING TO THE TABLE: You don't need to tick all the boxes to apply for this role.
Whether it's your first role or your fifth role, we believe everyone can add value and that everyone should want to learn.
However, these might be some of the ways you are currently adding value: Some proven experience in a systems management and/or sales role Excellent verbal and written communication skills Great attention to detail and analytical skills High proficiency working with large data sets in Excel Previous experience in healthcare is desirable but not essential.
Previous experience or a desire to work within an early-stage business where priorities change and things move fast HOW WE WILL INTERVIEW YOU: We try to keep our interview process short, and as a small business, we can move through the stages quickly.
Due to availability, there may be a change to the order of the interview process, but generally speaking, this is what you can expect: Introductory call/interview with Sam, our Senior Talent Partner.
This will be a video call that should last around 30 minutes.
Should it feel like there is an initial fit for all, we will invite you to a video call with the hiring manager for around 45 minutes.
This is a more structured interview and will deep dive into the role and technical needs.
All of our roles will have a small assessment stage.
This might be in person, a take-home assessment or further video calls.
Length varies, however, we are mindful that you will have your own work to do and, therefore, try to keep it as simple as possible.
Meet the founders and/or other team members.
Again, length varies depending on how many people and whether in person or via video call.
Offer!
