Candidates are likely to be an experienced Managing Director or Senior Director with the highest quality academic track record and investment banking training from leading Banks, Boutiques and Big 4 Accountany Practices.
One would expect 15-20+ years investment banking (M&A) experience within technology, healthcare, consumer, business services, renewables, infrastructure or restructuring.
Strong business building experience evidenced by a track record of soliciting and converting significant M&A and private capital raise assignments, through professional relationships and the ability to generate substantial revenue.
Significant relationships with key figures within the sector in both the corporate/owner managed and financial sponsor community
