Job description Vehicle Merchandising Executive - Rugby AreaSalary: £17, per annum Our client is looking for a Sales Administrator to join their busy team!The role is an important position ensuring that vehicle documents are all present and scanned into the system accurately, ensuring all the information is there and help to sell the vehicle quickly and professionally.A professional working environment will be backed up with a strong support team to train and develop you in your long and lucrative career.Hours: Monday - Friday - 9am to 3pm30 Hours Per Week / 6 Hours Per Day Working Pattern: Salary: £17,.00 per annum The Sales Administrator will carry out the following: Ensuring all vehicle documents are present and correct for each vehicleScanning the vehicle documents into the systemProducing a documents folder for each vehiclePutting the vehicle documents into the vehicles folder and ensuring that is put into the vehicleCarrying out other admin duties as required The Person: Attention to detail and the ability to resolve issuesWork to tight deadlinesDriven and able to work independently and well within a team environmentCan work under pressureExperience working in the motor trade is not compulsory If this sounds like you, we would love to hear from you, please apply with an up to date CV and we will be in touch to discuss your application further.
