Part Time Credit Controller

Part Time Credit Controller and Payroller required for a BS3 based business Your new company   BS3 based business Your new role   This role is for 20 hrs per week ideally over 5 days (4 hrs per day), 3 full days may be considered if you flex round month end Credit Control side Ensure timely payment of sales invoices through effective communication with customers and maintain accurate records.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with customer, identifying changes in payment patterns Handle disputed invoices to secure payments within agreed terms.
Reconcile accounts and keep sales ledger data up to date.
Collaborate with senior management on formal collection processes, including legal proceedings.
Payroll side Process monthly pay for 100 staff and deal with queries.
