Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking a part-time administrator to join their team.
As a key member of their team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth running of their operations.
This is a permanent role with a competitive hourly rate of £12.5 per hour, covering 24 hours a week.
As our ideal candidate, you will have advanced Excel skills, with the ability to complete an Excel exam during the interview process.
You will be highly organised, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills.
Attention to detail is a must, as you will be working with important documents and data.
Responsibilities: Providing administrative support to the team, including handling phone calls, emails, and other correspondence Maintaining and updating records, spreadsheets, and databases using advanced Excel skills Assisting with the preparation and distribution of reports, presentations, and other documentation Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and making travel arrangements Assisting with inventory management and order processing Providing general office support as needed Requirements: Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in the manufacturing industry Advanced Excel skills with the ability to complete an Excel exam during the interview process Strong organisational, multitasking, and prioritisation skills Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Full driving licence required If you are looking for a part-time role with a leading manufacturing company, this is the opportunity for you!
