Here's why you'll love this role… - Primarily, reviewing and advising on and negotiating a broad range of commercial contracts and NDAs with a focus on telecoms - Building relationships with key stakeholders in the business to ensure that legal risks are identified and managed - Assisting with maintaining legal documentation and document systems - Assisting with data protection related matters - Supporting on transformation initiatives to improve legal support and risk management.
Here's why you'll be great in this role… - You will have previous experience working as a paralegal, either in house of private practice - You will be knowledgeable on NDAs and commercial contracts - You will have excellent communication skills - Whilst support will always be available within a small team, the successful candidate will be given a high degree of autonomy and responsibility and ideas for transformation and improved ways of working will also be encouraged.
